Formerly a Vice President of Energy Efficiency Solutions, for Ecos Consulting

Alan was responsible for all aspects of program delivery to utilities, retailers and manufacturers. Alan also led development of all software products for the Residential, Commercial and Industrial Sectors. Alan has executive management experience in Program Management, Process Development, Operations and Client Delivery. As Vice President of Program Management at Oracle Corporation, Alan’s duties encompassed program management and operations of R&D projects across 8,000 employees, spanning five acquired companies. Alan has also held senior management roles in consulting, project management and business development for PeopleSoft. Alan holds a BA in Government / Journalism and a minor in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento.

Dr. Woodrow Clark II
Nobel Peace Prize Co-recipient

Dr. Woodrow Clark is a co-recipient of the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize, along with former Vice President, Al Gore, for his work as a co-author and co-editor of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Third Report. He was also the first Research Director for the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, establishing the economic and technical basis for renewable energy technologies to be commercialized in developing nations. He currently manages Clark Strategic Partners and consults with the Los Angeles Community College District helping their nine college campuses become energy independent and carbon neutral.

Evan Edgar has over 22 years of experience in all aspects of solid waste management as a registered civil engineer. Mr. Edgar is the Principal of Edgar & Associates, Inc., a lobbying firm and environmental engineering firm based in Sacramento specializing in solid waste management, recycling, composting, and renewable energy issues. Since 1993, Mr. Edgar has served as the Director of Regulatory Affairs for the California Refuse Removal Council (CRRC). CRRC is a statewide non-profit trade association representing the interests of over 100 solid waste management companies and 50 MRFs and is involved with all aspects of services including collection, hauling, processing, recycling, composting, and land filling.

Director of the Stanford Business School Behavioral Lab studying behavioral psychology techniques in business. In particular, Dr. Hall is studying how behavior psychology techniques can be an effective way to make changes in the work force, cultural in small to large businesses.

Jon Persky, CPA, CIC, PHR

Jon Persky has over 24 years of experience in all aspects of business. He graduated from Duquesne University, holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh, is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Insurance Counselor, and holds the Professional in Human Resources designation from the Society of Human Resource Management. He has spent the majority of his professional career in the insurance industry in positions such as Controller, Chief Financial Officer, and Personnel Director. Jon has also been the Vice President of Operations of a law firm. Jon is the President of Optimum Performance Solutions, LLC, a company that provides management consulting on a nationwide basis to insurance agencies, banks, and carriers. He is also the author of “Maximizing Agency Value II: A Guide for Buying, Selling, and Perpetuating Insurance Agencies”, and “Managing Human Resources in an Insurance Agency”. Mr. Persky is also the endorsed consultant of several state insurance associations.
